DBS Bank of Singapore started its Digital Transformation Journey in late 2013 with the aim to become the best bank in Asia. The main challenges they faced were to make sure that they had a reliable technology foundation, to push customer journey thinking throughout the company and change the culture to make it feel and operate like a 22000-person start-up.
